Farm Internship / Immersion
Are you interested in getting your hands dirty, connecting with nature and learning more about Waihuena Farm? If so please consider our July Internship/Immersion. Waihuena Farm’s mission is to grow FOOD & a PLACE to support quality of life, health & wellbeing. We are a budding permaculture site in the Country across from Pipeline home to a 3.5 year old Community Supported Agriculture program. We offer, a WWOOF-style (no need to be registered wwoofer, but if you are unaware of the program we suggest you check out their website) volunteer position- roughly 19hrs/week of your labor in trade for camping spot, simple shared lunch, compost toilet, cold shower, access to shared outdoor kitchen (cooler space only), limited electricity and limited access to wireless internet at farm office. You will need to bring your own tent & own bedding. We can provide a beach & bath towel.
